Terms of Engagement

Scope

Each engagement is defined by a written scope. Work outside that scope is flagged and quoted before it is performed.

Access

Cyphonica uses the least privilege necessary to complete the engagement. Access is documented, time-boxed, and removed at the end of the engagement with written confirmation.

Confidentiality

All information disclosed during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for the agreed purpose. Findings are shared only with the people you nominate.

Liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the work we perform.

Payment

Fees are quoted in NZD and exclusive of GST unless stated. Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
