We collect information you give us when you contact us or request a quote: name, email, phone, company, and the details of what you are trying to solve. On engagements we collect only the access and information necessary to complete the agreed scope.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, deliver the engagement, send invoices, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How we store it

Engagement data is stored in NZ where possible, encrypted at rest, and access is restricted to the people working on your engagement. Lead enquiries from this site are stored on the WordPress instance running cyphonica.co.nz.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention obligations) by emailing [email protected].

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use third-party advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, they are disclosed here and configured for IP anonymisation.
