Do you work with overseas businesses?

Occasionally and only when there is an NZ angle. Our delivery promise is NZ-based, so we keep the focus there.

How fast can you start?

For a Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment, the moment access lands. For larger engagements, typically inside a week.

Do you ever need Global Admin?

No. Three read-only roles cover the audit. If a fix needs elevation, we get explicit sign-off and time-box it.

How long does the audit take?

Findings report in your inbox next morning. Standard fixes plus walkthrough call inside 48 to 72 hours.

What does it cost?

Fixed $2,500 + GST for under 10 users. Larger tenants quoted on request. Complex remediation billed separately and only after sign-off.

Will my data leave New Zealand?

Not on our deployments. The whole point is data sovereignty - your AI runs on your hardware, your NZ-based VM, or our NZ infrastructure under contract.

Open-weight models really cut it now?

For specific, well-scoped tasks against your own data, yes. For everything-to-everyone chat, no. We tell you up front when local is the right call and when it isn't.

How are reports written?

Plain English. Findings ranked Critical / High / Medium / Low. The executive summary fits on a page. The technical detail is reproducible.

Do you fix what you find?

Standard fixes are included where the engagement covers them. Bigger pieces of work are flagged, quoted and only touched on sign-off.

How is access cleaned up afterwards?

Every access we use is documented and removed at the end of the engagement, with written confirmation.
